Cute place, it was reasonably clean and had best staff who are able to arrange tours and recommend local services. Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Ba le Well.

The hotel's location was very convenient, making it easy to visit all the major attractions and the nearby night market. The staff provided exceptional service, from the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations and assistance they offered throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with its wide range of local and western options. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail that made our vacation truly enjoyable.

Everything was fine, except for one small aspect that could be improved. The swimming pool lacked a bit of privacy and comfort, as there was a big entrance door that was always left open, allowing anyone to see the pool from outside.

The pool area wasn't very inviting as it faced the road and lacked privacy. the reception staff didn't speak very good English, making it difficult to communicate with them at times.

The room was spotless and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided free bicycles, which made it even more convenient for us to explore the area.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. the breakfast options were quite limited and some items were not served hot.
